The Royal Thai Government Makes a Donation of medical supplies to the Government of the Republic of Tunisia as Assistance to Combat COVID-19 On 2 October 2021, Ministry of Foreign Affairs represented the Royal Thai Government in providing 6 units of 10 litres Oxygen concentrators, 30 units of Pulse Oximeters, 600 boxes of 3 ply face masks, and 200 boxes of examination latex gloves to the Government of the Republic of Tunisia. The donation was made in response to the request by the Government of the Tunisia, which is facing shortages of medical resources in combating the spread of COVID-19.

Thailand and Tunisia enjoy cordial and friendly ties and have expanded their cooperation to cover many fields, especially trade, investment and technical cooperation, since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1967. Moreover, the Government of the Republic of Tunisia has assisted the evacuation of Thai migrant workers from Libya in 2010 and repatriation of Thai students from Libya in 2020.
